Orders

Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1 business day to process. Our shipping time cut off is 12pm EST and we ship orders on business days only. We'll send you an email as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking information. You can also track your order status by signing into your account or by clicking here.

Please first reconfirm the contents of your order by looking at your order confirmation email that we sent out. If you're really missing an item, contact us with your name and order information and we'll work to rectify the issue quickly. 

If something in your package is damaged, please contact us and provide images of the item you received.

If you think your package has been lost please contact us. We know how important your gains are and will look into this immediately! Please allow us up to 1-3 business days to complete our investigation. Once complete, we will follow up with the next best steps.

Please contact us immediately with your name, order number and what you’d like to change. Once your order starts processing, we can’t make any changes.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. (you can also use Apple or Google Pay)

Additionally you can pay with PayPal. After clicking "Complete order", you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely.

With Afterpay, you have the option to pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks. After clicking "Complete order", you will be redirected to Afterpay to complete your purchase securely.

Returns and exchanges

For unopened items: You can return any items within 30 days from the delivery date as long as it’s unopened and still in sellable condition for a full refund or exchange. We will refund the value of your returned items less the shipping costs to the original form of payment used for the purchase. 

For opened items: We’re happy to take back opened items for a store credit within 15 days of delivery. You’ll get a store credit for the product amount minus the shipping costs.

Items not eligible for return: Worn apparel and gift cards

If you received the wrong product, flavor, size or color, simply contact us. Give us your name, order number, the item that was not correct and what item you should have received. We will check our inventory immediately, arrange for the wrong product to be returned to us, and send out the correct product!

Shipping

With standard shipping, we aim to deliver packages in 2-3 business days from when we ship them out. 

Our shipping time cut off is 3pm EST and we ship orders on business days only. This processing time applies to all expedited shipping methods as well.

We have 3 warehouses across the United States and will ship from the warehouse located closest to you. Our warehouses are in: Nevada, Texas, and Pennslynvana.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Just choose your country at checkout. Please note that taxes and duties are not included in the shipping price.

Once you sign in, click "view addresses" and you can edit and set up your different shipping addresses. If you need to change your email address on file please contact us.

Subscriptions

You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime after the second shipment. You have the option of swapping the product, changing the frequency, or pausing the subscription. Please sign into your account and from there, you'll be able to access your subscriptions and make changes to it!

Products are automatically delivered on your schedule. You can modify or cancel your subscription after 2 billing cycles. Your first purchase will count as the first cycle.
