INGREDIENTS: 

  • 16 OUNCES OF STRAWBERRIES
  • 1 SCOOP BEAM CHOCOLATE BROWNIE VEGAN PROTEIN POWDER
  • 1/2 CUP ALMOND FLOUR
  • 1/2 CUP OLD FASHIONED OATS
  • 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
  • 2 TABLESPOONS COCONUT OIL (MELTED) 
  • 1/4 CUP UNSALTED, CHOPPED PECANS

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350℉
  2. CHOP AND QUART THE STRAWBERRIES AND PUT INTO AN OVEN SAFE DISH 
  3. IN A SMALL BOWL, MIX THE ALMOND FLOUR, OATS, CINNAMON, COCONUT OIL, AND PECANS UNTIL IT IS A CRUMBLE TEXTURE  
  4. TOP THE STRAWBERRIES EVENLY WITH THE CRUMBLE MIX 
  5. PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES (OR UNTIL THE STRAWBERRIES BUBBLE ON THE SIDES) 
  6. REMOVE AND ALLOW TO COOL DOWN
  7. SERVE AS IS OR WITH YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM
  8. ENJOY!
