SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE:

  • ½ SCOOP FRUITY CEREAL PROTEIN POWDER
  • 1 TSP BLUE SPIRULINA POWDER
  • ½ FROZEN BANANA
  • 1 TBSP CASHEW BUTTER
  • ½ CUP FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
  • ⅓ CUP VEGAN YOGURT
  • ½ CUP NON-DAIRY MILK

RED BERRY LAYER:

  • ½ CUP FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
  • ½ CUP RASPBERRIES
  • ½ FROZEN BANANA
  • ½ CUP FROZEN CAULIFLOWER RICE
  • ½ SCOOP FRUITY CEREAL PROTEIN POWDER
  • ⅓ CUP VEGAN YOGURT
  • ½ CUP NON-DAIRY MILK
  • 1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS

TOPPINGS:

  • ½ CUP FRUIT CEREAL
  • ½ TSP BEE POLLEN 
  • 3 TBSP VEGAN YOGURT

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. START BY FIRST MAKING THE SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE BY BLENDING TOGETHER ALL THE INGREDIENTS. POUR YOUR SMOOTHIE INTO A MASON JAR AND PLACE IN THE FREEZE.
    2. MAKE SURE YOUR BLENDER IS CLEAN AND MAKE THE RED BERRY SMOOTHIE BY BLENDING TOGETHER ALL THE INGREDIENTS LISTED. 
    3. GRAB YOUR SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE FROM THE FREEZER AND POUR BOTH SMOOTHIES INTO A BOWL AT THE SAME TIME. ONE SIDE SHOULD BE THE BLUE SMOOTHIE, AND THE OTHER SIDE SHOULD BE PINK.
    4. TOP WITH THE VEGAN YOGURT AND THEN SWIRL BOTH SMOOTHIES AND THE VEGAN YOGURT ALL TOGETHER. TOP WITH YOUR CHOICE OF FRUITY CEREAL AND SOME BEE POLLEN!
