 WITH SPROUTED OATS, CASHEW BUTTER, DATE SYRUP, CHOCOLATE CHUNKS, BANANAS AND SEA SALT

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 RIPE BANANAS
  • 2 CUPS SPROUTED OATS
  • ½ CUP CASHEW BUTTER
  • ½ CUP DATE SYRUP 
  • ½ CUP BROWN SUGAR OATMEAL PROTEIN POWDER
  • 1 TSP BAKING POWDER 
  • ½ TSP SEA SALT 
  • ½ CUP DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS

DIRECTIONS:

  1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350 F. GREASE A 7X7 PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY OR BUTTER. 
  2. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, MASH THE BANANAS. ADD IN ALL OF THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND MIX TOGETHER. THEN FOLD IN THE DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS.
  3. ADD THE BATTER INTO THE PAN AND EVEN OUT THE TOP WITH A SPATULA. 
  4. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES AND SERVE WARM!
