INGREDIENTS: 

  • FLESH OF TWO LARGE AVOCADOS
  • 1 1/2 SCOOPS BEAM VEGAN CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PROTEIN POWDER
  • 1/4 CUP DUTCHED DARK COCOA POWDER
  • 1/4 CUP STEVIA BAKING BLEND
  • 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
  • PINCH OF SALT
  • 4-5 TABLESPOONS NON DAIRY MILK 
  • NON DAIRY YOGURT OR WIPPED TOPPING (OPTIONAL) 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT MILK TO THE BOWL OF A FOOD PROCESSOR ADN PULSE A FEW TIMES TO COMBINE 
  2. ADD MILK AND PULSE UNTIL SMOOTH (ADD MORE MILK IF NEEDED TO REACH DESIRED CONSISTENCY) 
  3. SPOON MOUSSE INTO 4 SMALL BOWLS OR CUPS
  4. TOP WITH NON DAIRY YOGURT OR WHIPPED TOPPING IF DESIRED
  5. SERVE AND ENJOY!
