INGREDIENTS:
- FLESH OF TWO LARGE AVOCADOS
- 1 1/2 SCOOPS BEAM VEGAN CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PROTEIN POWDER
- 1/4 CUP DUTCHED DARK COCOA POWDER
- 1/4 CUP STEVIA BAKING BLEND
- 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
- PINCH OF SALT
- 4-5 TABLESPOONS NON DAIRY MILK
- NON DAIRY YOGURT OR WIPPED TOPPING (OPTIONAL)
DIRECTIONS:
- ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT MILK TO THE BOWL OF A FOOD PROCESSOR ADN PULSE A FEW TIMES TO COMBINE
- ADD MILK AND PULSE UNTIL SMOOTH (ADD MORE MILK IF NEEDED TO REACH DESIRED CONSISTENCY)
- SPOON MOUSSE INTO 4 SMALL BOWLS OR CUPS
- TOP WITH NON DAIRY YOGURT OR WHIPPED TOPPING IF DESIRED
