INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 1/2 CUPS OLD FASHIONED ROLLED OATS
  • 1 CUP FRESH BLUEBERRIES 
  • 2 CUPS UNSWEETEEND VANILLA ALMOND MILK 
  • 2 SCOOPS OF BEAM BLUEBERRY MUFFIN VEGAN PROTEIN
  • 1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON 
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS MAPLE SYRUP
  • 2 GRAHAM CRACKERS (OPTIONAL)

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. DIVIDE THE OATS AND BLUEBERRIES EVENLY BETWEEN 4 RESEALABLE CONTAINERS 
  2. MIX ALMOND MILK, PROTEIN POWDER, AND CINNAMON IN A SHAKER CUP
  3. POUR 1/2 CUP OF THE MIXTURE INTO EACH CONTAINER OF OATS AND BLUEBERRIES
  4. STIR TO COMBINE AND MIX
  5. SEAL CONTAINERS AND PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS (AND UP TO 2 DAYS)
  6. BEFORE SERVING, CRUSH 1/2 A GRAHAM CRACKER INTO EACH CONTAINER
