WITH DAIRY-FREE YOGURT MIXED WITH PROTEIN, HOMEMADE GRANOLA, FIGS, CITRUS, BANANA STARS AND EDIBLE FLOWERS, DRIZZLED WITH HONEY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 CUPS VEGAN YOGURT
  • ⅓ CUP CINNAMON CEREAL PROTEIN
  • ¾ CUP COCONUT FLAKES
  • ⅓  CUP HONEY
  • 3 TBSP COCONUT OIL
  • ¼ CUP SESAME SEEDS
  • ½ CUP CASHEWS
  • ½ CUP SLIVERED ALMONDS
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • SEA SALT
  • TOPPINGS: PEACHES, BERRIES, FIGS, BANANAS, HONEY AND HEMP SEEDS

DIRECTIONS:

  1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 300 F. IN A MEDIUM BOWL ADD IN YOUR INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE GRANOLA, MIXING TOGETHER COCONUT FLAKES, HONEY, COCONUT OIL, SESAME SEEDS, CASHEWS, ALMONDS, CINNAMON AND SEA SALT.
  2. ADD YOUR GRANOLA TO A BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AND BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES.
  3. WHILE THE GRANOLA IS BAKING, SLICE UP YOUR CHOICE OF FRUIT AND MIX TOGETHER THE VEGAN YOGURT WITH THE PROTEIN POWDER UNTIL IT IS SMOOTH.
  4. TOP YOUR YOGURT WITH THE GRANOLA, FRESH SUMMER FRUIT, DRIZZLE OF HONEY AND SOME HEMP SEEDS.
