ORANGE CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE (BANANAS, COCONUT YOGURT, VANILLA, ORANGE JUICE, CASHEW BUTTER, CAULIFLOWER RICE) LAYERED WITH A CITRUS GREENS SMOOTHIE (ORANGE, SPINACH, GREENS POWDER, PROTEIN, AVOCADO) TOPPED WITH ORANGE ZEST

INGREDIENTS:

GREEN LAYER:

  • ¾ CUP NON DAIRY MILK
  • 1 SCOOP GREENS POWDER
  • ⅓ CUP FROZEN AVOCADO
  • 1 CUP SPINACH
  • ½ FROZEN BANANA
  • ⅓ CUP FRESH ORANGE SLICES

ORANGE CREAMSICLE LAYER:

  • ¾ CUP ORANGE JUICE
  • ½ FROZEN BANANA
  • ¾ CUP FROZEN CAULIFLOWER RICE
  • ½ TBSP CASHEW BUTTER
  • 1 TBSP COCONUT YOGURT 
  • 1 SCOOP PROTEIN POWDER
  • ½ TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

DIRECTIONS:

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS FOR THE GREEN SMOOTHIE INTO A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO A MEASURING CUP AND STORE IN THE FREEZER WHILE MAKING THE ORANGE CREAMSICLE LAYER.
  2. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS FOR THE ORANGE SMOOTHIE INTO A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO A GLASS. POUR THE GREEN SMOOTHIE ON TOP AND TOP WITH COCONUT YOGURT AND ORANGE ZEST.
