INGREDIENTS:
- 1 FROZEN BANANA
- ⅓ CUP COCONUT MILK
- 1 SCOOP BLUEBERRY MUFFIN PROTEIN POWDER
- 1 TSP LEMON ZEST
- 1 CUP FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
- 2 TBSP SPROUTED OATS
TOPPINGS: *OPTIONAL* (NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITION):
- 1 TBSP PEANUT BUTTER
- 1 TBSP SLIVERED ALMONDS
- 1 GRAHAM CRACKER
- ¼ CUP FRESH BLUEBERRIES
DIRECTIONS:
- TO A BLENDER, ADD IN THE FROZEN BANANAS, BLUEBERRIES, COCONUT MILK, PROTEIN POWDER, LEMON ZEST, AND SPROUTED OATS. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
- CRUSH THE GRAHAM CRACKERS INTO SMALL PIECES.
- POUR SMOOTHIE INTO A BOWL AND TOP WITH CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER, CRUSHED GRAHAM CRACKERS, FRESH BLUEBERRIES, AND SLIVERED ALMONDS. ENJOY!
