BLENDED WITH SPROUTED OATS, LEMON, FROZEN BANANA, BLUEBERRIES, PEANUT BUTTER TOPPED WITH CRUMBLED GRAHAM CRACKERS, SLIVERED ALMONDS, WILD BLUEBERRIES AND PEANUT BUTTER DRIZZLE


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 FROZEN BANANA
  • ⅓ CUP COCONUT MILK
  • 1 SCOOP BLUEBERRY MUFFIN PROTEIN POWDER
  • 1 TSP LEMON ZEST
  • 1 CUP FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
  • 2 TBSP SPROUTED OATS

TOPPINGS: *OPTIONAL* (NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITION): 

  • 1 TBSP PEANUT BUTTER
  • 1 TBSP SLIVERED ALMONDS 
  • 1 GRAHAM CRACKER
  • ¼ CUP FRESH BLUEBERRIES

DIRECTIONS:

  1. TO A BLENDER, ADD IN THE FROZEN BANANAS, BLUEBERRIES, COCONUT MILK, PROTEIN POWDER, LEMON ZEST, AND SPROUTED OATS. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
  2. CRUSH THE GRAHAM CRACKERS INTO SMALL PIECES. 
  3. POUR SMOOTHIE INTO A BOWL AND TOP WITH CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER, CRUSHED GRAHAM CRACKERS, FRESH BLUEBERRIES, AND SLIVERED ALMONDS. ENJOY!
