INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER (CREAMY OR WITH NUTS) 
  • 1/2 CUP SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 1 CUP ROLLED OVER OATS
  • 6 TABLESPOONS FLAX SEEDS (OR CHIA SEEDS)
  • 1 TABLESPOON HONEY
  • 1 SCOOP BEAM SALTED PEANUT BUTTER WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE
  • 3 TABLESPOONS WATER (ADJUST ACCORDINGLY) 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN A MEDIUM OR LARGE BOWL
  2. STIR AND MIX ALL INGREDIENTS (ADD MORE WATER IF TOO DRY) 
  3. KNEAD TILL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE IN A SMOOTH DOUGH LIKE CONSISTENCY 
  4. REFRIGERATE FOR 20-30 MINUTES 
  5. ROLL INTO 15 BALLS AND PLACE ON TRAY 
  6. PUT IN FRIDGE FOR ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES 
  7. ENJOY!
