BLENDED WITH THE APPLE CIDER GREENS, GREEN APPLE, SPINACH, BANANA, DATES, AND SWIRLED WITH A YOGURT RASPBERRY SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ CUP RASPBERRIES
  • 1 TBSP HONEY 
  • ½ CUP YOGURT
  • 1 GREEN APPLE (DICED - FROZEN)
  • 2 FROZEN BANANAS
  • 2 CUPS SPINACH
  • 2 TBSP HEMP SEEDS
  • 2 CUP CASHEW MILK 
  • ¼ CUP FRESH MINT LEAVES
  • 3 DATES
  • 2 SCOOP PROTEIN POWDER
  • 2 SCOOPS GREENS POWDER

DIRECTIONS:

  1. IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN ADD THE RASPBERRIES AND HONEY. LET SIMMER FOR 7-8 MINUTES WHILE YOU MAKE THE SMOOTHIE.
  2. TO A BLENDER ADD IN THE FROZEN GREEN APPLE, BANANAS, SPINACH, HEMP SEEDS, CASHEW MILK, MINK LEAVES, DATES, PROTEIN POWDER AND GREENS POWDER. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. 
  3. REMOVE YOUR RASPBERRY SAUCE FROM THE STOVE AND SWIRL INTO THE YOGURT. ADD HALF OF THE YOGURT MIXTURE TO EACH SMOOTHIE GLASS, LINING THE WALLS OF THE GLASS.  
  4. POUR IN YOUR GREEN SMOOTHIE AND GARNISH WITH A MINT LEAF.
